Just in time for the holidays, we've developed the perfect compliment to mom's or Oma's Thanksgiving or Christmas stuffing. This sausage is so fresh and has all the classic spices in it including; white pepper, sage, ginger, nutmeg, thyme and just the right amount of 'kick' with some hot pepper flakes.
